"Bad Customer Service, Instead of helping you they Fight and Argue with you. They said one thing and do not provide you with all the information you need to know they think you took a class for selling insurance also. That is why you agent take classes and a test to help your customers and not treat them as they should know something they Do No KNOW. Called one day got information, wrong information I went to the office and JR agent treat me as I should know things that they did not tell me; he got a negative attitude that wish he receive the same treatment from other people that he needs help."
